If your property or a property you are thinking of purchasing is located on Herne Bay Seafront you may be eligible to claim a grant of between 50% and 75% for repairs, restoration and enhancement as part of the Heritage Economic Regeneration Scheme. The scheme runs until 2003 with a budget limit of £80,000.
